Gear Swapping thing

Really blizz? Or you could, idk, MAKE IT SO PEOPLE CAN JUST SWITCH THEIR GEAR EASIER? I have reached the point of just checking the site to see their new stupid ideas.

I don't even understand what's going through their heads. "Oh, some people don't like that other people do this, therefore, we're gonna make it so that it's not able to be done."

At this point it's just funny to watch them destroy this game. Does Blizz know how to listen to their gamers? Valve seems to do it nicely. Why can't Blizzard?

Or the obvious solution: Don't allow gear swaps while the character is in combat. Don't they already do this for WoW?

Or just make it so you can only swap gear that was bought off the RMAH. Perfect solution for Blizzard.
