2010 World Cup Draw

First match is South Africa vs. Mexico.

First match of the second day is England vs. USA. I'm rather looking forward to it.

We've definitely got one of the easier groups, but the second round game might be a bit tricky.

Group A: South Africa, Mexico, Uruguay, France
Group B: Argentina, Nigeria, South Korea, Greece
Group C: England, United States, Algeria, Slovenia
Group D: Germany, Australia, Serbia Ghana (Group of Death?)
Group E: Netherlands, Denmark, Japan, Cameroon
Group F: Italy, Paraguay, New Zealand, Slovakia
Group G: Brazil, North Korea, Ivory Coast, Portugal
Group H: Spain, Switzerland, Honduras, Chile

The U.S. and England will both go on to the second round, but it's hard to predict who will win that game. Kind of glad that the U.S. isn't in the group of death this time around.

I would hate to play any of the teams coming out of Group G, including North Korea.

Go US! I'm not on board with soccer as much as others may be, but for any chance of the United States to beat England is something i'll automatically cheer for.

Hmm, this is a hard choice for me, as we're not in it...

So go England, fuck them American's!
