I suggest downloading NetLimiter to limit your upload so it doesn't destroy your connection.

Here's the process:
Closed Beta accounts are going to be transferred to "Final Stress Test." Today. Lasts 5-7 days approx. Edit: Fileplanet paid subscriber signups NOW!
Then the Final Stress Test accounts are being transferred to Open Beta. (Next week?)
In addition, both Fileplanet and www.worldofwarcraft.com will have a limited amount of signup slots for Open Beta. Then it will begin.
