this is one of those books that either love or hate personnally i love it. it may copy lord of the rings to some extent but its still original, and most people seem to hate the main character thomas covenant i don't like him but i do pity him, and many women have complained about the rape scene which is one of the key events in the book, if you read it what do you think of it
