Help With Proxy
Reply

Now, I know morally most of you probably won't help me, but I need a way to bypass my school's internet blocks to do a research paper. My school runs 8e6... This blocker/filter, from what I can tell, is a top of the line blocker/filter used for schools and businesses alike. I know that I can use Mozilla Firefox, with a proxy (They blocked my access to the internet explorers Tools/options) but I need a working proxy, and I can't search for one here. I do not have internet at my house, and none of my friends know what a proxy is/does. Another problem I have is why does Mozilla's FireFox time out when I do try a proxy. Does this mean that the proxy is of no good? Thanks for your help.. I would greatly appreciate it.

:80 :8080 :8000 are blocked my 8e6

To shareholders, the proxy statement is one of two ways for them to have influence in their company’s future in which they are investing. For every shareholder, they obtain one vote per share that they own. Even though it seems that one share will not act as a huge impact, if many shareholders come together, their voice can be heard. Basically, it is the shareholders way to have a say in the company's future. If you are looking for a good proxy, i advise going to google and typing Dell's 2005 proxy. They give a great one that i did a research project on. Im not sure about the technical aspects of the computer part, but i could help with the actual statement.
