what kind of config are u looking for? like config set from the console? or control config? for controlling u should set what best fits u, i set what i always play my fps games with and for config, it depends on your internet, here are some things ive learned to set, if u have like cable/dsl set rate to 25000, type "rate 25000" in console and type cl_cmdrate 101 and type cl_updaterate 101 and type fps_max 101 and type fps_modem 0 that is most like the most basic things, but if u have like dial up dont set rate to 25000, set it to like 5000 or 2000 whatever makes u lag less, type net_graph 3 in console to look at this thing where it tells you ping, fps and choke and loss, try to keep choke and loss at 0

sadly no matter what I set my rates to I get choke, and when I am hit I freeze and repeat frames
