Anyone here play Age of Conan?

I don't think so man.

I have friends who played it. They got to 80, found end-game as boring as fuck, then went back to what they were doing before it came out.

I casually play it. I'm in a huge clan. Old Timers Guild, oh ya.

How is this game? Is it better than WoW? I need a new game to play but, and was considering this one because of the cool combat system people talked about.

The cool combat system consists of hitting between "1-3" to swing your weapon in different directions. It's really not that revolutionary.

Some of my WoW guildies gave it a try, and most of them have gone back to WoW already.

Yea, it's really pretty underwelhming. The combat from WOW is much more exciting and strategy oriented if you ask me.
