Post .10 - no leachin in pvp now?

in .10 did they disable leech in pvp now? seems like my wolf dont leech as well now like before in .09??

I think that it has be nerfed greatly.

you can leech

but its now calculatet in a other way

u makes 1000 dmg
have 10 % ll
then the pvp red, the red form ur enemy (manashild shaft)

then u makes him 200 dmg

then u leech 20 life

u can leech but not much

Leech now depends on opponent's life total at the moment? I couldn't find anything in patch.txt to support that, aside from this:

"Life leeching is now determined by each monster type and reduced below
100% in Nightmare and Hell Difficulties."

But I get confused whenever I try to think about that.
