Yeah I'm more about getting drunk and doing something dumb like climbing trees than being outwardly obnoxious to people that aren't asking for it by blasting music or shouting. I learned that drinking can make you crazy when I was in Germany (which was my first realy experience with alcohol) and had to save one of my friends from getting raped by two of my other friends (a different thread entirely). Short story: Drinking can make you fucking crazy. So watch it, kids.

Please enlighten us with that story.

My favorite time to drink is while playing poker. Sip on a couple beers, take some money from friends, the atmosphere is perfect!

I love Bud Light Lime. Thank you Thanatos or D3V for mentioning it. Currently drinking some Coors Light.

Thanatos, do you drink beer or liquor these days? Or a mix of both perhaps?

Bud Light Lime is the shizznit. Drink about 5 of those and I'm buzzing my ass off.

Well, nowadays it's mostly beer. If I drink hard liquor I turn into a royal ass and do crazy dumb things so I try to avoid it altogether. Except I had a lot that night I got the limo... oh man.. when I got back to my apartment all hell broke loose.

Anyway, at all the beer pong parties I go to the beer of choice is Keystone Light, because it's the cheapest best tasting beer out there and it's perfect for beer pong. But, I've only been 21 for a week so I'm still out venturing and trying new beers. Think I'll go pick up some when I get off work. Anybody have any suggestions? Nothing too dark..

If you think 20 is bad, wait til your 21. Every other night is somebody's 21st and your expected to go out. Thank god that period in my life is over. I will say though, that drinking isnt what it use to be. By that i mean its not all about getting drunk anymore. Its about having a good time with close friends, or friends that you can be around when you want a drink. Get retarted on a regular basis loses its appeal when you can buy it legally. I guess thats why the Europeans have it right with the young drinking ages. Most study abroad students (at least at my school) can hold thier liquor and understand limits, unlike most American college students.

Thats true man except for us its 19 when this happens to us.

So I bought a 6-pack of Rolling Rock last night for the first time. Pretty tasty stuff. Will definitely be purchasing this in the future.

I was going to buy St. Paul Girls, HoH, but that shit is like $10 a 6-pack. Maybe I need to find a different place that sells it? But Jesus, it better knock me on my ass after I drink 6 of them for it to be $10.

Around here it's $11.99/12pack, but that's always the special. It's just a nice German import. Who knows, it may knock you on your ass! I've only had 3 at one time.

Ha, no. My dad likes them a lot, so he asks me to 'enjoy them' and 'save some for me'. So I enjoy two or three, and then compliment it with some god-awful cheap beer.
