Anyone know where i could buy a DS other than EBAY or if Nintendo is planing to make another shipment before Christmas? because they are sold out everwhere i have gone.

Go to another town. Seriously, you won't be able to get one online, so your only real option is to search places like Walmart or Target. You won't find one in an EB or Gamestop, either.
