In my constant tenacious struggle to find pieces that speak to me, I am starting to realize that most of what is beautiful out there, is right in front of us. It's meant to be enjoyed, not to deconstruct. Meaning can not be derived from a frame by frame analysis. Ever seen how boring a Rembrandt is when you look at it through a microscope? You might find some old paint specks and some fiber from the canvas, interwoven together, but your real money shot can only be achieved from a distance.
