and for anyone who does not know what the fuck im talking about, make a diablo 2 game, bring up command prompt (press start, click run, type cmd, press enter), type in netstat -n, look for the ip address with the 4000 as the last number, look at the number before it (for instance: if it was 134.32.108:4000, the server number is 108.), keep making games and checking this way each game until the server number is the one you are looking for. in this case make games until it is 169.

OR, get c3po maphack or one that alrady shows server ip, and post this in the appropriate location. There is a stickied thread found here.
