Did these boots not make it to the patch? They are listed on some item databases and not others.

Ive never heard of that and i have spent many hours on d2 O_o

holy shit.. i aint heard of them b4.. but they sound pretty good.

Oddly enough, I've viewed them on Arreat Summit as of 2-3 weeks ago (from a different computer), and I've never been able to see them on my computer...

those boots are kick ass....they would be tank for a kickin asn cuz i think there boots def adds to the dmg? im not sure. but i mean all the res and absorb they would own in duels...me like me like haha
