i think i rather go with NES because of the sound effects, look at mario brothers (the first one) when mario hits a brick, there that CRACK or BOOM, and when you look at snes, when mario hits a brick, you get crack or boom (kids way) like what most people are looking for, i look for fun factor and sound effects

SNES is good because the mortal kombat 2 in snes is the best in all consoles (closest to arcade!) its just what's up with sound effect, even genisis sounds better

SNES, but thats primarily because it was my first gaming system. After i bought that, i tried nes for the first time. I never really gave it a chance V_V
