No bullshit either, didn't think this would ever happen but here we are.

So far the most interesting thing I've noticed is how they evaluate future decisions based off criticism from reddit/twitter/facebook/bnet forums/etc. I didn't realize how much they analyzed the public response to patches and updates.

Also its chill af. If someone wants input on a story for, let's say.. Diablo 4 or a WoW expansion or any other game, they just post in a slack channel and ask for ideas.
