Just find any picture that is 80 by 80 pixels, go under User CP, edit avatar and upload it.

You can also take an image you already have, and resize it to 80 x 80.

You need to make 10 posts before you can have an avatar, and once you do that you can find the "Avatar Upload" in the User CP
