Matrix Mod/Plugin

Anyone know where to download this Mod/Plugin? Its not full scaled mod just a plugin to metamod like Warcraft 3 plugin.

Note: I have tryied Google without succses.

ESF is Earths Special Forces, its a DBZ mod
