RPG Maker 2K3 Battle Skill help please.

Hello.

I am currently working on a project, but I am stuck. I am working on a skill for one of my characters, but so far it wont work. In battle my character has these commands.

Fight >>>>> Works
Dark Wave > Does not work
Defend >>>> Works
Item>>>>>>Haven't tried it yet.
Escape>>>> Works
Row >>>>>> Does not work

Whenever I pick Dark Wave I get a message that says: Event script referenced a skill that does not exist.

I have created the animation for Dark Wave under the Animation tab.
I labeled Dark Wave as a Skill in the Battle Layout tab.
I gave the character the pose he uses for Dark Wave, under
the Animations 2 Tab

I ran out of ideas as to how to make it work. If anyone has any suggestions to fix this please do tell.

And if you want to tell me how to make my characters Row in battle, feel free to tell me how to do that to if you want. It'll save me time figuring it out.
