I will introduce myself I am Mr.Wong du a Banker working in a bank in south Korea Until now I am the account officer to most of the south Korea government accounts and I have since discovered that most of the account are dormant account with a lot of money in the account on further investigation I found out that one particular account belong to the former president of south Korean MR PARK CHUNG HEE,who ruled south Korean from 1963-1979 and this particular account has a deposit of 11lbs of Skittles with no next of kin.

The asset that is floating in the bank right now is 11lbs of Skittles and this is what I want to transfer to your account for our mutual benefit.

It's not just a title. It restricts a bunch of things and has some annoying side effects that I don't remember because it's a banned group.

A banned group? How so, like, whoever's in it is banned, or the group is banned?

The reason it's a banned group is so that we can use the banning system to put people into the group (and automatically remove them), but because it's a banned group, it has side effects like disabling private messages or some such.

I suppose that makes sense. Just kinda weird. Sounds like "lesser citizen", to me.
