Put simply, "20 Questions" is a website that requires you to think of anything you want, from a basketball, to music, or why not "everything"? It will then ask you various questions you need to answer as honestly as you can, and eventually, it will try to guess what you were thinking about after 20 questions. It works remarkably well, so why don't you give it a try?

Haha, that game is crazy, it never guessed what I was thinking, but it always gave contradicting answers...

It's not really a "game", it's a database that gets updated with user feedback constantly, so it "learns" how people see different objects. Besides, it has over 13 years of knowledge in the database so far, so in a few more years, who knows how advanced it will be?
