Creatine

For the last eight weeks or so, I have lifting weights a lot and taking massive amounts of protein, via a dietary supplement. (74 grams of protein per shake). I've deffinetly seen some improvement. Lately, I've been thinking about adding creatine as well. Has anyone ever tried creatine? I've done a little bit of research about it, and many people say it's harmful, while others say it's safe, and that nothing bad has been known to come out of it. What do you guys think?

I don't think there have been any long term studies of creatine. If that's the case, then no long term effects could have been seen regarless of their existance. I don't know what you should do.

I wouldn't take it.

Creatine makes you very dehidrated, drink about 10-12 glasses of water a day.
