A water applet can be found here:
http://anfyteam.com/index.html

It can be used for logos, or really anything. Very cool.

Php Triad (get at www.download.com) This program will install Apache webserver, Php, and MySQL on your comp, in the C:\apache dir. Just run Apache.exe and type in http://your ip here (ex: http://127.0.0.1 )

You can also buy a domain name, and have it point to your IP (Static IP is a good idea for this one). VOILA! As many MYSQL databases you want, unlimited bandwith (dependant on ISP) and Unlimited disk space (as much as your comp can hold) PHP support, and I will also post an easy program for CGI

Off Topic: You can try invisionboard (http://www.invisionboard.com) that is more like VBulletin phpbb2 is kinda plain.

On Topic: Does that appache/MySQL/PHP thing mentioned earlier cost anything? Also, could the site be just your ip, until you get a domain? like say your ip was 64.xx.xx.xxx or whatever, you could just type that in and it would display your site, correct?

This is a site that has info on alot of HTML and web designing stuff. Good for people starting off.

www.webmonkey.com

"Im about to overload my aggression inhibitors"

"It says....push any key...er um, which one is the 'any' key?"

"Knowledge is Power. Power--Leads to Corruption. So we all go to school to be Evil!"
