I saw it on wednesday i skipped school to go see it, and it was a great movie. there were only a few things that i didnt like about it. the main one being that it had alot of sentimental parts and not a hole lot of fighting scenes. but aside from that it was great. the fight scenes that were in it were simply stunning.
Think not disdainfully of death, but look on it with favor; for even death is one of the things that Nature wills.

Twenty-eight days... six hours... forty-two minutes... twelve seconds. That, is when the world will end.

There was over an hour of pure, uninterrupted fighting...

It rawked. My favorite was the dead, just cuz... you know why if you saw it. I don't feel like typing for 15 minutes, so I'll leave it at "fargin awesome."

THE BEST LOTR imo...go see it.

I give it a 9/10...only reason is I think it was a little too drawn out but it goes along with the book well...so i guess u cant complain about that. Regardless...the battle scenes were awesome...and it was a pretty good conclusion. It has some comic parts in their as well...gandalf is pretty funny this one time...he kicks some crazy kings ass with his stick...lol. Anyway...i highly reccomend watching ROTK

The only part I didn't like was Faramir's dad. WTF!!?!?! That guy was into some crazy shit. Oh, and the fact I get home at like 2 am from watching it. This guy next to me peed his pants he had to wait so long, I swear.

The only part I didn't get was the end? Why did everybody leave?

Gandalf returned because he did not fulfil his duty. When frodo got stabed in the first book, he like died. but when the elves healed him, they only healed him til he was like done with his mission. bilbo left cuz he was gonna die soon anyway.

HANDS DOWN. One of the best scenes was when Legolas climbed on the elephant and kicked all their asses without breaking a sweat.
