ok 08 storm is almost the exact same as 09 only difference is a little less defense and its on an aegis with 219 str req

some herbert almost gave me one with a 40/10 jewel in it last night for some soso items like 30 sojs worth
but he backed out cuz he wanted ist runes...

Eh the only real reason i wanted it is cuz no one else has it
but uh my point was we lll i dont know i guess i just wanted to share that.

It also has 74% as opposed to 72% block. so u can have 216 dex for max block instead of 222. NOICE!

Yea ur right i forgot about the other chars......i base it on assn's and barb's clvl99 i keep forgetin bout other chars...^-^

On Europe there are a lot of .08 storms of course all "LEGIT"
