Hmmm maybe, but the +50% mana from sojs would be a huge bonus.

The faster cast rate/resists/stats from occy ring would be better.

Point taken, but does anyone know where the cutoffs are for faster cast rate on barbs? I frankly have no idea, and diabloii.net didnt seem to know either.
