Translation Policy for Future Patches

I will not translate patches that don't have some substantial improvement or bug fix for the reason listed above.

If either Enterbrain openly declares that a patch is the final patch they intend to release or 90 days has passed since the last patch release (implicit abanonment), I will translate that patch so that English-speakers have the most updated version possible, regardless of the magnitude of fixes
