yeah hate the damn pop up basturds and the new flash pop ups that try and trick you
the banners should only be on for like 2 hours straight then have all the members click on it as much as possible that should bring some profit

Yeah, popups suck. How about just banners at the bottom? If they pay per click, and they don't care about placement, and everyone will click on them, then it would be fine.

And of course, there is always the remote possibility that there will actually be something of interest on one of them
