It tends NOT to run on a lot of computers for various reasons. I can't say I'm an expert at solving problems like this, but be aware of the fact that the game might be highly unplayable on your system due to the fact that your CPU is running at 631 mhz. However, most ATI cards should work perfectly fine, so your problem is a bit confusing. I'll get back to you if I can think of anything helpful.
