Car Simulator

Anyone know of any car simulators? Like where you have to drive around a city using your turning signals, stoping at redlights and stop signs, and other realistic stuff.? perferably free

Well in real life the car doesnt loose contorl in turns like in GT3........unless your going like 70mph+
