The problem is the interpretation of the page in (a) certain browser(s). Nothing special. Clearing your cache and reloading will not do anything. I go on a different browser everyday, multiple times in that day. I've seen that same problem. And by that, I mean I know you're using Internet Explorer 8 (not 7 or below). Now it's time to sleep, for 2-hours.
