I am buying a bugged oculus an I will pay in hex(may throw in some Meph items to sweeten deal). Put how many hexes you want and I will take cheapest post within 3 days or so. I am on USWEST, SephirothSoul1 for account.

i thought the west bugged occy was +7 skills or something but maybe im wrong hehe i dunno

Tal armor (with p.topaz), tal ammy, perfect tal belt, oculus ring, con ring, rhyme shield, shako (ist), 49% war travelers, bugged oculus, perfect chance guards (40%). Who likes that build? *cackles*

I suggest not to buy any hacked items and if you got some left trade them vs legits. Patch 1.10 is near with a aniti cheat code.

They run for 30-38 hexes now...just got a seller for 20 hex now so I am alright. Also, they have new bugged ones with +18 to skills. Also, if they delete it, they delete it...only took 4 days to get.
