You get Terror from Countess
You get Hate from Summoner
You get Destruction from Nithilak

Once you have those 3, you either cube; or something, you get sent to one of the pandemonium to fight one of these 3(3 as far as I know);

Uber Izzy
Uber Diablo
Uber Baal

After you fight then; they drop 1 of these 3.

Baals Eye
Mephs Brain
Diablos Horn

So yes! you need 3 sets of keys!

Once u have all 3 baals eye, mephs brain, diablos horn, you combune or some shit, then fight Lilith, kill her, and get that secksy charm.

Uber Duriel drops baal's eye, lilith drops diablo's horn, an uber izual drops mephisto's brain.

I'm not too sure what happens after you transmute those three body parts.


Friend sai you get teleported to tristram where you get to meet some old buddies of yours. A lvl 110 version of Diablo, Mephisto, AND Baal. AT once! Joy ^.^. Again, not sure, but that's what he said.

It was somewhat the early idea; nobody knows; still.

Nvm, I've conversed w/ the masters. Its seems slay has it party right. Im sure sum1 will put out a guide asap. As soon as sum1 gets the first large charm.
