If it was +20 to energy or vit instead of dex, it would be really good.

It saves you from having to put 20 stat points into Dext (for those max block druids, non max block druids blow and are ezpk for my ik barb) that you can put into vitality. Druids need what, 200 or so dext at lvl 90 for max block with stormshield?
