hello, i need help with installing a php nuke system onto a site directory, plz, how can i install php-nuke for a webpage in detail but simple plain lamons terms(plz dont get all technical).

Get a host with a MySQL database, ie not Homestead. From there, it shouldn't be too difficult if you follow the instructions, but feel free to ask me for more help if you want to.
