Well yes, yes they do. Then they blame the death of the baby on cot death, and go to court, and get convicted of 'manslaughter' then get let out 5 years later and are given a giant compensation.

The easy way to get money, train for years, become a nanny, find a baby, shake it to death, and get some idiot doctor to prosecute, thus getting released 5 years later when the court remembers that the doctor in question actually knows sweet fuck all.
