Im trying to cut back to 150 at 9% body fat like the 145 pic, Im thinking of going low carb for 4 weeks but its hard because most food contains a shitload of carbs, also i need to get a thermogenic pill to raise metabolism.

I honestly think it is bullshit. I was taught, growing up, that Carbs are a source for energy and are good for that.
It works. Bottom line. I've lost 50 pounds in 2 months.
An older friend has lost about 70 in 4 months.

You guys haven't done much research about the diet, so I assume you don't understand how it works. But instead of using carbs for energy, it uses the fat stored in your body. That's why your body makes fat, for energy if you were to not be able to eat for awhile. Think about all the carbs you eat in a day, 40 or so for a 12 oz soda. 13 or so for 1 slice of bread. 55 or so for a bagel. It's all sugar, and sugar has absolutely no good effect on your body. It may give you a burst of energy, but it actually causes an energy drain for your entire body. Think about the days of the cavemen. They didn't eat very much as far as carbs go. Protein was their main source of energy, and it worked well for them. I suppose most of you won't care anyway, but the information is neat, and the results are staggering.

BTW say what you want about it not being healthy, but it lowers BP and Cholesterol.
