WEll depends on your definition of role playing. If you ask me your playing the role of a soldier of one of the three factions. So to me it is a MMORPG as well as an MMOFPS.

RPG is actually a dice game, or for computers, random stuff like D2 the chance of hitting and finding something... but its meaning has been shifted a lot.
