No elemental weaknesses?! Lloyd's a definite recipe for disaster. And besides, he needs to get up close and personal with the opponent in question in order to use his sword. Or can he do long range attacks?! (almost all RPG villains or heroes with swords do). If he could do long range attacks, Kuja's going to be dead. But then again, he has his faithful Silver Nova Dragon to dodge his attacks for his master, and there's the added bonus that he'll get pummeled with Lloyd's attacks (if any). And Kuja would be definitely useless if Lloyd comes in for the kisser.

And if Kuja gets real angry he'll Trance and cast those stupidly cheap Flare Star and Ultima spells at him until Lloyd turns into toast.

And on an added note, how could Kuja Trance if he gets hit with Lloyd's obscenely cheap sword? Is Kuja wearing any kind of armor to defend himself with?

So I guess it's a draw.
Life is short.

The blade is capable of bypassing all armor and can kill an opponent instantly because of it. Now, that doesn't mean "if he cuts you, you're dead." It just means that the thickest plate armor in the world won't save your ass if he skewers you.
So armor doesnt change anything.

Reflect repels magic attacks and cast it back against the caster. And Lloyd has no ELEMENTAL WEAKNESSES~~~!!!

Can Kuja cast Protect? Or Wall, even? EVIL, why do the Square-Enix programmers have to take Wall away...TT_TT

If Kuja wants a real win, Trance at once and cast Flare Star and Ultima!

And if all else fails, he can still throw his Nova Dragon at him...^.^

Lloyd has no elemental Strength either and doesnt have anything that can help to heal himself.
