breath of fire 3 for ps

Don't you get to play as Fou Lu at some point?

You play as him during a lot of the game. Basically switches between Ryu (the main char, as always) and Fou Lu as the games on. I like it as Fou Lu gets developed quite a bit and you even gain some sympathy for him.

is 4 3d?? and does it have bad graphics or anything

3d world with 2d sprites. Graphics are pretty good for the PS1, though some stuff looks a bit blocky.

cool only good things about the 2 games i downloaded the 2 games last week and burn it on cd wanna see how good they really are. .

Yeah, pretty similar, though I think the animation improved.

Sprites are 2d moving objects.

OHHHH SWEEEEET I LOVE GAMES LIKE MEGA MAN AND BREATH OF FIRE 3 WITH THE COLOR AND STUFF, I THINK THEY ARE SO COOL then i will prolly try to get breath of fire 4 too but i thnk i remember like breath of fire 4 was really 3d looking, and if it looks like ff8 then i dont want it

Not better or worse, just a different style. The game's meant to look cartoony. All of the characters are 2d. Just happens to be in a 3d world.
