Meh, if it did make AO rating, people would still buy it. 9 year olds bought Southpark and conkers bad fur day.

probably because no one wants to make one b/c only adults are allowed to but Ao games. Most places wont let you buy Ao games unless you are 18 or older, and some places wont even sell them. But anyone can buy M games.
