Knowing the map resonably well, compared to someone that hasn't played it much is an advantage, but it's not a HUGE one. Either way, I hate shock rifle fools, since it's the most abusive weapon ever made. Rocket laucher duels is the only thing that really takes skill, since you can't exactly camp with it.

shock rifle is the only weapon that needs skills! each n00b can shot an RL at your feets but who can kill you with an shock combo?

Dude, the shock rifle takes NO skills. Just fire a shock bullet, and shoot it down when it's close. There's NO way to avoid it in a cramped tunnel. The rocket launcher takes skills, because you actually have to aim, and calculate the ballistic speed, plus that the victim has a CHANCE to avoid the rockets.
