www.guild-hall.net is usually pretty good.

Also, look on the GW site and go to Community > Fanmsites. There's a list there.

The 2 sites I goto are:
www.gwonline.net (blocked by websense, so I cant view it from work without using a proxy)
And:
www.guildwarsguru.com (not blocked by websense)

I guess the biggest reason I come back time and time again is because of the quick pick me up PvP matches... I dont know of any other mmorpg that I can log onto during my lunch break goto the competition arenas and click 'Enter Mission' and within 20 seconds I am on a 4 versus 4 team doing battle. And then theres the whole guild war thing, which is for people who have a bit more free time then a lunch break and do some serious 8 v 8 seiges against other guild halls.
