Actually, everyone is on a diet. The word is used incorrectly. A diet is what you eat, so even if I ate 500 burrito's, it's my diet.

We were talking at dinner tonight about how ppl chew their food and spit it back out...how that is a form of dieting...wouldn't be to bad...but I think the BEST way to lose weight. It gives you shape I've been do'n some Tae Bow (SP?) for a few days....it's pretty sweet
