I've never actually run the 800. I've done the 400 and the 1500, but no 800. I'm guessing I would get between 2:00 and 2:05.

I've done a 1500 (about 12 seconds short of a mile) at 4:31, and I can do the 400 (1/4 mile) in 52 seconds.

I captained both Track and Cross Country, so I ran year-round. Winter I captained Skiing (Race Team).

Ski racing is the shit. Wicked adrenaline rushes when you hit gates, and from flying across the finish line. The only part that gets to some people is wearing a GS-suit, but I have no shame and I'm fit, so I didn't mind.
