If this Bill goes through Senate then it's go by to all the known internet. This violates he Bill or Rights in more ways then i can even imagine.

Like what? Mind explaining a few? Honestly, I don't see a big deal on it. Just looks like he can take over a private internet thingy if he needs to, for security reasons. Unless I read this wrong.
