Half squats or ATG ? my legs are my weak points due to having so many knee injuries when i was younger which prevents me from putting too much stress on my knees! but i train them 2 days a week with perfect form and i'm getting half decent growth and strength increases.

120lb's to 160 in half a year, Bent over rows jumped from 99lb's upto 160 in 3 months. so far those are my best accomplishments.
