They are very different. If you try and bring up McCain's "working" history the supporters automatically take it as an attack, and call you various insults, and try to say you are toning down his service in the military.

I'm about fucking sick and tired of hearing things relating to the military. 100% of the memebers signed up to do it, good for them. Most of them do great work, I'm sure, but they shouldn't use it for political purposes and not expect it to be questioned.

So I'm having an argument with my whole family through e-mails. My dad randomly sent me a pro-McCain message and almost every family member picked up on it and went with the flow. I'm the only Obama supporter. They're all religious, though, which could explain things. (I am not).

My dad is the same way. It's been getting nasty between us actually. I'm so pissed at his ignorance that it's getting the best of me. He finally comes out and says, well I never said I was voting for McCain I just don't like Obama.

WTF kind of argument is that? He only said that after I asked him to name me one thing McCain has ever done to qualify him for president. Him and my cousin both are so ignorant, they play into the talking points, and only posess the quality to parrot negativity. It's aggrovating.

I was telling my parents about how close the polls were, she tolled me they aren't even close to being accurate. The statistics today aren't showing the independent voters (my parents and others). She said that the country will get a big shocked when the independents go down to vote and Obama wins by a landslide. (she said she can't vote for Hillary anymore, so she wants Obama in.)

Well, she has a point in a way. There are thousands of polling agencies, and quite frankly. I don't enjoy listening to them, I personally have never been poled in my life, ever. Our household has never been polled, anyone in my direct family, has never been polled. I just don't see how accurate they can be.

When you go and vote, or atleast when I did. They asked for my ID checked me out and everything, and then gave me a form with my information on it and I went to the voting booth and checked out, then turned it in before leaving.
