Yea...thats just too many expansions imo. If it was 1 a year I could see it, but them announcing it, seems thats its going to be way to fast.

It won't be a new expansion released - look at the games, and you'll see that they're all full games, yes? Not an expansion in sight.

No it doesn't. If it did, then the address bar would show www.blizzard.com, but it doesn't, it shows www.starcraft2.com

They've both got the same countdown on them.

Actually, it does. If you click the picture, it's the blizzard site, but without changing the domain name. It's a different kind of redirect.
