I don't even know why he was bothering to fight them, if they were all 60s anyway.

When I was level 30ish grinding off of hillsbrad turtles while world pvp was still around, Id shoot the alliance that attacked TM. Fun times. Fun hks.

Yeah KA it was just for amusement the fact that there were so many alliance it was just rediculous. It was actually semi fun just to rez and spam some IAE then die again. Cool thing was that eventually some horde guys came from UC and owned the shit of the these guys.

That really isn't that many alliance. Maybe now that world PVP is ruined it seems like that's a lot, but back when there were no battlegrounds, you'd have a raid or two harassing TM most of the time.

What does that mean, World PvP is ruined?

Well the rewards from Battlegrounds have made world PVP pointless. I would literally have to world PVP all day to get the same honor I get from a single BG, plus with BGs you get rep with the factions from those BGs which gets you phat lewt. Basically world PVP is limited to ganking now, since there's no point in doing anything else. I remember back before BGs there would be a raid on kargath pretty often, and I've yet to see a SINGLE raid on kargath since I started up again. Civilians also ruined world PVP, because if you've got anyone in your party/group that doesn't understand to NOT KILL CIVILIANS then you get dishonorable kills which ruin your honor as well. It's simply easier to queue up for a battleground, and if you're wanting to achieve any of the higher ranks, there's no other way do to it.
