Ha. Cute. You may want to slow the text in the beginning down a little bit, though.

You should make one about me and Arkantis doing crazy shit.

There's the first one at 12fps. The second at 8fps. And the storyboard.

----------

SYG was the obvious choice for the animation. He needs to learn his camoflauge if he's going to survive in the harsh desert.

I'll have to start the Dragoon one soon, and the odd one just to keep myself amused.

----------

Ooh, oooh! Has anyone here seen or heard of the film "Jarhead"?

I saw it the other week or two...can't remember...but anyway, it's about the First Gulf War. Too tell the truth, I'm feeling extremely sorry for you now SYG. It looks so...langweilig (describes it better than just 'boring', don'tcah think? )! Seeing that every day for a year (or close enough) must send you insane.

"Suggested techniques for the marine to use in the avoidance of boredom and loneliness. Masturbation. Re-reading of letters from unfaithful wives and girlfriends. Cleaning your rifle. Further masturbation. Re-wiring Walkman. Arguing about religion and meaning of life. Discussing in detail, every woman the marine has ever fucked. Debating differences, such as Cuban VS Mexican, Harlys VS Hondas, left VS right-handed masturbation. Further cleaning of rifle. Studying the mail-order bride catalogue. Further masturbation. Planning a marine's first meal on return home. Imagining what a marine's girlfriend and her man Jody are doing in the ally or in a hotel bed."

I thought that quote was kinda relevant...except of course that SYG is in the civilised American Army thingy.

Average day for me:

Wake up at 0530
Physical Training from 0600 to 0700
Showers and getting dressed and eating breakfast 0700-0900
0900 until end of day usually consist of a few masterbation sessions, playing zsnes (usually 5 player bomberman 5 with my roomates, or mortal kombat 3) going to the internet cafe, rewatching the same damn family guy episodes, going to the gym, taking a few naps, and using the phone in the evening.

Now take that schedule and do it everyday, may sound fun at first, but for christ sake, you can only watch the chicken fight in family guy so many times before you want to gauge your eyes out!

Think not disdainfully of death, but look on it with favor; for even death is one of the things that Nature wills.

At least you've got the written word to keep you occupied...when your orders arrive.

What you need are some solid 700-odd page novels. Like those Walter Moers' I was chattering on about.

They'll keep you occupied for a good 5 or 6 hours.
